* Camera support (IP cameras only) for most manufacturers are good, however please verify before purchase by going to the support tab and looking at the 'Cirrus supported cameras' PDF. If you are in question of a specific camera, please ask us via the support tab within this web site prior to purchase.

*A download link will be sent to you after purchase of the software, along with the license key to activate your new software. No DVD or media will be shipped.

Cirrus for Mac OS X 10.6

This is a one (1) year support plan for each camera license purchased (up to a quantity of 16). Make sure for example if you purchased 6 Cirrus camera licenses that you match the support quantity of 6, otherwise the system will capture this error.

If you purchased the Cirrus Surveillance Management Software, support is valid for only 30 days from date of purchase and does not include updates, patches or phone/email support thereafter.

This supplement support plan includes:
- priority email/web/phone support (24/7)
- software updates, upgrades, patches, etc. (you need to register your product once installed)

Your purchase and contact information will be added to our customer support database.

If you do not purchase this plan, you only receive 30 days of email and phone support.
